Reflex Ball

Develop your reflexes and improve your hand-eye coordination with this lightweight yet ultra-durable training tool. Recently updated and improved, the Rival Reflex Ball allows you to work on the timing of your punches, while improving your speed and accuracy.

Now 30% lighter than before, the soft, rubber ball hangs from a flat, polyester elastic cord whose durability has been tested in a lab to the highest standard of quality. The heavy-duty metal clip easily attaches to the headband, which can be adjusted for a secure and comfortable fit.

Two difficulty levels are included to match your training progression:

Easy – ideal for beginners or warm-ups

Hard – features a stiffer elastic cord, causing the ball to rebound faster for more advanced reflex, speed, and accuracy training
